LEHIGH VALLEY AU PAIRS?  Worried About The Weather — August Au Pair Meeting Is Still Scheduled! 

DATE:    August 30, 2009  (August Meeting Will Be Held At Eva’s “Rain or Shine” (Indoors))

EVENT:     ”POOL PARTY”   (Just Meet Indoors If Rain)

WHERE:     Home of Eva Gregersen and Her Host Family:

                The Sundlof Family

                1540 Bette Lane, Hellertown, PA   18055   (610-838-1533)

                (Use Mapquest for Directions) 

(Easiest Way For Most Au Pairs Is To Use Rt. 78 to Hellertown Exit and take 412 thru the town of Hellertown to the Leithsville Hotel on the Right (Fire House on the Left).  Turn RIGHT at Leithsville Hotel and travel up road to FIRST LEFT (sign announcing the housing development) .. TURN LEFT into development … Go to FIRST STOP SIGN … TURN LEFT and house is on the LEFT … Watch for cars .. Park along side the road.

TIME:               3:00 p.m. to 5:00ish p.m.

MEET:              At the Sundlof  Home at 3:00 p.m.!

COST:              -0-

WHAT TO BRING:            Water and a Few Snacks Will Be Provided  –  Please get together with  a friend Au Pair and bring an easy Snack to share with everyone if you would like (not a requirement).  Please know that I will ask everyone to help clean up after the Pool Party and we want to leave the Sundlof Home as nice as we found it!

Host Families and Au Pairs:  

I will be away from Saturday, August 8 thru Tuesday, August 25, 2009.  My colleague - Mindi Hecklin of Doylestown — will be covering our Lehigh Valley Au Pair Group (and the Pocono Au Pair Group) during that time.  In an emergency, she can be reached at 21-208-8598.  The Boston 1-800-333-6056 number is also available 24/7 for emergencies.  I will have limited email access and but responses will be a bit slower than usual.

AUGUST MEETING

The Lehigh Valley Au Pair Group will gather for a “POOL PARTY” for the August Au Pair Meeting!

WHEN:     Sunday, August 30, 2009

WHERE:   Home of Eva Gregersen (Hosted by The Sundlof Family)

LOCATION:    1540 Bette Lane,  Hellertown, Pa  18055

TIME:    3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

WHAT TO BRING:    Water and Sodas Provided / Cookies.   If you wish - bring a Snack to share with the group!  (Chips/Fritos, etc.?)

*Use Mapquest For Directions - but easiest way might be to use Route 78 to Hellertown Exit.  Travel thru the town of Hellertown - past the McDonalds - until you see the “Leithsville Fire House on the Left and the Leighsville Hotel on the Right”.   Turn Right at the Leighsville Hotel.

Travel a short distance to the first road on the Left - “Sir Walter’s Way”.   Travel to the first Stop Sign - Bette Lane.  Turn LEFT on to Bette Lane and house is on the LEFT.
